Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam 2.1.3 — November 6, 1973, Delhi 731106SB-DELHI [41:14 Minutes] SB-02.01.03_731106SB-DELHI Pradyumna: Oṁ namo bhagavate vāsudevāya. Oṁ namo bhagavate vāsudevāya. Oṁ namo bhagavate vāsudevāya. [leads chanting of verse, etc.] [Prabhupāda and devotees repeat] nidrayā hriyate naktaṁ vyavāyena ca vā vayaḥ divā cārthehayā rājan kuṭumba-bharaṇena vā [SB 2.1.3] [break] [01:35] Translation: "The lifetime of such envious householders is passed at night either in sleeping or in sex indulgence, and in the daytime either in making money or maintaining family members."
